Who We Are

 

Started in 1998 with the name of King Valley Enterprise, headquartered in Kuching, Sarawak, the Group incorporated a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1965 on 27 November 2003 with the name of KV Distributors Sdn Bhd.

In 2006, the Group begun its distributorship in Sabah, covering KOTA KINABALU, TAWAU, SANDAKAN, LAHAD DATU and LABUAN. Moving forward in 2008, the Group explored into manufacturing with the setting up of it's very first factory producing jelly pudding, known as TENTEN FOOD MANUFACTURING SDN BHD, together with the establishment of trading and marketing hub in West Malaysia operated under FOURSEASON TRADING (BORNEO) SDN BHD.

Subsequently in 2009, 2010 and 2013, the Group expanded with the opening of it's branches in SIBU, BINTULU, MIRI, KOTA KINABALU and TAWAU which reflected the translation of the Group's strategic vision and development plan. The branches are known as KV DISTRIBUTORS (SIBU) SDN BHD, KV DISTRIBUTORS (BINTULU) SDN BHD, KV DISTRIBUTORS (MIRI) SDN BHD,
KV DISTRIBUTORS (KK) SDN BHD and KV DISTRIBUTORS (TAWAU) SDN BHD.

The Group’s business structure forms the tangible foundation of recurring business and provides a wider platform for continuous growth potential. Through the above strategic collaboration, the Group aims to further boost its position “To Become A Leading Importer And Exporter Of Quality Foodstuff Product In The Region With A Firm And Strong Presence Locally And Globally".

In the year 2013, the Group's head office & distribution team began operating in a new landmark with a new modern office cum warehouse located at Lot 927, Demak Laut Industrial Park, Kuching. Equipped with modern warehousing and logistic setup and highly skilled manpower, KV explores its new business hub by undertaking international market leading product brand as warehousing and delivery agency. The Group also aims to provide high quality assurance in term of products and services by initiating application of ISO Standard Certification.

TENTEN FOOD MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. under its own brand name “TENTEN” is a renowed and prominent manufacturer for fruit flavoured jelly and pudding, earning a household name worldwide, established since 1983. The company was liceased bi MITI (Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia) under the Industrial Co-ordination Act, 1975 for the manufacturing of edible jellies and pudding. Since May of 1985, the company commenced commercial production of edible jellies which are packed in ready-to-eat form for sale in the domestic market through the established network. With more than two decades of experience and dedication in jelly and pudding, we promise highest quality and satisfaction in every product that we produce.

 

Today, TENTEN FOOD operates on its distribution network domesticaly as well as globally, trading various kinds of foodstuff from domestic and overseas manufacturers. Our major overseas markets consist of China, Australia, Canada, India, Japan, Southern East Asia, etc. Our manufacturing plat was constructed on aplot with a built-up area of aproximaty 66, 000 square feet.

 

To cope with the growing demand, TENTEN FOOD has constantly upkeep it’s machinery, high-tech equipment and laboratory facilities. We strive to enrich the lives of our customers by providing convenient and delicious foods suited for all occasions.
